Beginning continued!

I'm back to tell you more about my past weigh ins!

12.9.11

Loss/gain: -2lbs

Total loss: 8.5lbs

Yes! Back on track after the minor (own fault) setback.

19.9.11

Weight - **st **lbs

Loss/gain: -4lbs

Total loss: 12.5lbs

Award! I got slimmer of the week for that week, I was so pleased. I also feel I broke through my six week barrier. Someone told me that if you can get through six weeks on a new eating plan then you've cracked it. It's now starting to feel more like a habit than a struggle. Not that I am struggling with the plan, I follow the Extra Easy plan and it is what it says! You can eat sooo much! I love my potatoes and pasta and rice, but I equally love my chicken and steaks, on Extra Easy I can have both...as much as I like. As long as I fill up on what they call Super Free foods (fruit and veg) then you are going to lose weight. I am enjoying fruit and salads more so I am definitely eating my 1/3 of superfree.

Friends and family are being so supportive.

Two awards!! I got my 1.5 stone award and Slimmer of the Week!
